Yesterday I was meeting with a person who is badly trapped with debt, and when I talk to this about meeting at my home, his quick reply was, I am too busy. I was shocked, Busy with what kind of things?

He accused that one TV serial is an import for him. OMG !! this was ridiculous for me, was he troll himself or me?

Dressing is the first thing with which your personality is accessed outside your home. Therefore, you have to take extra care of your dress as they reveal what you are. Style needs no age boundary and has no proper definition as yet. Everyone sets the fashion of their own and select what they find most comfortable to wear. Later, this is what is seen as style. After all, everyone has a right to look attractive. However some people might like to keep it plain with blank apparel, others might want to catch concentration and wear something that is striking and attractive like a rhinestone shirt. Whatever might be the situation, your dress creates a great impact on the individuals around you and signify your honest person.

To be able to dress according to your personality, you must first find out who you really are and what are your aims and aspirations. After that you have to figure out what image do you want to project about yourself in public and then figure out the dress that suits according to you and your personality.

Do you sometimes wonder what the purpose of life is? If you are not sure, you may be looking at life the wrong way. You may have a view of life as a path. However, there is another way to see life. Read on to find out what that way is. it is very hard to be able to find people to take a moment to think about life objectively and try to arrive at the truth about this world and the real purpose of our lives.

Unfortunately, when we ask most people the question: “What is the purpose of life?” (such a fundamental and important question), they will not tell you what they have concluded through observation or analytical reasoning. Rather, in most cases, they will simply tell you what someone else said, or they will tell you what is “commonly presumed” by others, i.e., What my father said purpose of life is, what the minister of my church said the purpose of life is, what my teacher in school said, what my friend said, etc. If I ask anyone about the purpose of eating or why do we eat, everyone will say

[in one word or another] that it is for nutritional purposes, because nutrition sustains life. If I ask anyone why they work, they will say because it’s a necessity in order to support themselves and to provide for the needs of their families. If I ask anyone why they sleep, why they wash, why they dress, etc., they will answer with appropriate answers, for these are common necessities for all human beings. We can follow this line of questioning with a hundred questions and receive the same or similar answers from anyone in any language from any place in the world.

Then I ask you the question: Why, when we ask the question, “What is the goal and purpose of life?” that we get many different answers? It is because people are confused; they don’t really know. They are stumbling in the dark, and rather than say, “I don’t know”; they just offer any answer they have been programmed to give. Think about it. Is our purpose in this world simply to eat, sleep, dress, work, acquire some material things and enjoy ourselves? Is this our purpose? Why are we born? What is the object of our existence? What is the wisdom behind the creation of man and this tremendous universe? Think about those questions.

Let’s first take a look at the conventional way to understand life as a path. Do you see your life as a path? That’s an image that is often used in the realm of spirituality personal growth. I’m guilty of it myself.<div style=”width: 250px; float: right. Now here in these verses, Allah draws our attention to the creation of the heavens and earth, the alternation of the night and the day, the creation of the universe. HE calls our attention to their creation and their precision, and mentions those who contemplate the wonders of creation and realize that this was not created for any foolish purpose, [that Allah is exalted above doing such a thing] and they seek refuge with Allah from the punishment of Hell. Truly, when you see the design of all that Allah created, you realize it is very powerful and very precise. Something very powerful and very precise; something beyond your own calculation and imagination, cannot be foolish.

My dear respected brothers and sisters, we have to ask ourselves a further question. When you see a bridge, a building or an automobile, you automatically consider the person or company that constructed it. When you see a large ship, an airplane, a rocket, a satellite; you also think about how incredible it is. [You know by its design who the maker is.] When you see a super international airport, nuclear plant or an orbiting space station you have to be thoroughly impressed with the engineering dynamics that are involved. Yet, these are just things that are manufactured by human beings. So what about the human body with its massive and intricate control systems? Think about it.

Think about the brain: how it thinks, functions, analyzes, retrieves and stores information, as well as distinguishes and categorizes information in a millionth of a second, all of this constantly.

Think about the brain for a moment. (And don’t forget the fact that you are using your brain to consider itself!) This is the brain that made the automobile, the rocket ships, the boats, and so on. Think about the brain and who made that!

Think about the heart. Think about how it pumps continuously for sixty or seventy years [taking in and discharging blood throughout the body maintaining steady precision throughout the life of the person.

Think about the kidneys and the liver and the various functions they perform. The purifying instruments of the body that perform hundreds of chemical analyses simultaneously and also controls the level of toxicity in the content of the body. All of these are done automatically.

Think about your eyes, the human cameras, that adjust, focus, interpret, evaluate, discern color automatically, naturally receiving and adjusting to light and distance.

Think about it-Who created them? Who has mastered their design and function? Who plans and regulates their function? Human beings do this? No, of course not. What about this universe?

Think about the oceans, the fish, the insects, the birds, the plants, bacteria, and chemical elements that have not yet been discovered and cannot be detected even with the most sophisticated instruments. Yet each of them has a law that they follow. Did all of this synchronization, balance, harmony, variation, design, maintenance, operation and infinite numeration happen all by chance? Do these things function perfectly and perpetually also by chance? No, of course not. That would be totally illogical and foolish. In the least, it indicates that however it came to exist-it exists beyond the realm of human capability. We will all agree to that.

The Being, The Almighty Power, God, The Creator who has the knowledge to design and proportion created all of this and is responsible for maintaining it. HE is the only one that deserves praise and gratitude.

If I were to give each one of you one hundred dollars for no reason, just for being here, you would at least say thank you. What about your eyes, your kidneys, your brain, your children, and your life: Who gave you all of that? Is He not worthy of praise and thanks? Is He not worthy of your worship and recognition?

Our purpose in this life is to recognize The Creator, to be grateful to Him, to worship Him, to surrender ourselves to Him and to obey the laws that He has determined for us. It means worship is our purpose in life. Whatever we do in the course of that worship, i.e., the eating, the sleeping, the dressing, the working, the enjoying,] between birth and death is consequential and subject to His orders. But the main reason for our creation is worship. I don’t think anyone who is analytical or scientific will have much of an argument with that purpose. They may have some other reason with themselves-but that is something they have to deal with between themselves and Almighty God.

1. Read English international GK newspaper daily:-

You must read international Gk newspaper or magazines daily. I’m saying International Gk newspaper because there are thousands of regional newspaper all around the globe, in you can find the news related to your region only which is not sufficient and even far below than that sufficient line. They have news of murders, accidents etc not Gk news. So you must chose an English International Gk newspaper and should read daily for 1 hour.

The Hindu is best newspaper of India for improving Gk. Daily reading Gk newspaper habit will surely do improve your general knowledge and general awareness and there will be no need for you to learn Gk. Regular dose of such newspaper will make you different from the crowd.

Todays news is tomorrows history. If you know what all the major events of 2009 are, and can talk about them in detail, then ten years down the line you’ll be able to answer questions on them.

The best way to keep up with news is to read a quality newspaper – tabloids lack depth and reliability. Otherwise, you can watch the news on TV or listen to the radio.

2. Listen to English News everyday:-

Everyday you must spend your minimum half an hour for listening to English news. English news listening dose everyday will improve your Gk with grasping word power. You will be able to grasp and recognise words more accurately. This will obvious sharpen your memory also. You can listen news in any channel or in radio, as they are the best source of news.

3. Read Gk books:-

Reading is one of the best ways to expand your knowledge. I’d say that books are probably the best source of knowledge. You should read a large number of non-fiction books on a variety of subjects. You should also read classics as questions on literature are very common and if you’ve read the book they tend to be easy.   Read more and more General knowledge and awareness books. You can find thousands of Gk books in the book store you can chose anyone of your choice and start reading. The best general knowledge’s books are competition success review and pratiyogita darpan, you can read anyone of these or you can buy their subscription so that you will be able to receive them at your door step every month.

If you didn’t find any international Gk newspaper than this Gk books will work. You can follow both of them for better success.

4. Surf the web:-

There are more knowledge you can find in the web than any other sources. Even some news and articles of Gk magazines are also sometimes taken from the web or Internet. So you should surf the web for the purpose of grasping knowledge not for the purpose of chatting. Newspapers and magazines are best source for getting knowledge of current affairs but in the web you can grasp all type of Gk like historical Gk and current affairs. So it is a best source.

There are many good Q and A sites such as : Yahoo Answers, Wiki Answers, The Answer Bank and, of course, SearchWarp’s very own Q and A.

These sites give you specific things that you can go and find out about. By answering questions that you already know the answers to you are revising. The more you revise what you know the less likely you are to forget things.  

5. Take quizzes and Gk games:-

What better way to learn answers to quizzes than to watch them? I like to watch quiz shows in fast forward to cut out all the chatting and get straight to the questions.

You should take at least every month Gk test and quizzes either in the newspaper or in the web. There are so many sites where you can take quizzes. If you don’t know the name of the sites then write in Google search:- Gk quiz and they will provides you the name  of many sites chose one and start. Most of the quiz shows I discussed earlier, are available in game format – board or electronic. Select the ones you like and have a go at the games.

Well I would prefer to write a name of one Gk site from where you can improve Gk and also can earn it is.

6. Watch Documentaries

TV is not all bad. Yes, we have reality TV dumbing it down, but at least the documentary still exists. These programs are fantastically clever and are often wonderfully made and highly entertaining – you could watch a David Attenborough with the sound off.

7. Write

Writing for me has been a great way to expand my knowledge. Before I even start to write an article I go out and do some research, which leads me back to my point about reading.

The other advantage with writing is that it allows you to consolidate your knowledge. If you know a lot about a subject and you write about it your putting all your knowledge in one place which you can refer back to.

If you follow all these tips then no body can stop you.  and  you’ll soar at quizzes and be generally cleverer. It’s pretty  simple to do and, I’d say, enjoyable.

Happiness, we say, is a choice. Happy people understand this, while unhappy people struggle with judging themselves for not being able to easily shift to a happy state of mind. How we achieve happiness can be different for each one of us. Happiness is ephemeral, subject to the vagaries of everything from the weather to the size of your bank account.

Our passions, expectations, life experiences, and even our personalities all contribute to the level of happiness we experience in our lives.

We’re not suggesting that you can reach a permanent state called “happiness” and remain there. But there are many ways to swerve off the path of anxiety, anger, frustration, and sadness into a state of happiness once or even several times throughout the day.

No matter how you define happiness for yourself, there are certain universal and time-proven strategies to bring and sustain, more happiness into your life. The following ways to live a happy life can be adapted and even customized to fit your needs.

1. Notice What’s Right

Some of us see the glass as being half-full, while others see the glass as half-empty. The next time you are caught in traffic, begin thinking how nice it is to have a few moments to reflect on the day, focus on a problem you have been trying to solve or brainstorm on your next big idea. The next time you get in the slow line at the grocery store, take the opportunity to pick up a tabloid magazine and do some “guilty pleasure” reading. Take all that life throws out you and re-frame it with what’s right about the situation. At the end of the day, you will more content, at peace and happy. Take the time to begin to notice what’s right and see the world change in front of your eyes.

2. Be Grateful

How many times do you say the words “thank you,” in a day? How many times do you hear these same words? If you are doing the first thing, saying the “thank yous,” the latter will naturally happen. Learn to be grateful and you will be open to receive an abundance of joy and happiness.

3. Remember the Kid You Were

Do you remember how to play? I’m not referring to playing a round of golf or a set of tennis. I’m talking about playing like you did when you were a child – a game of tag; leap frog, or street baseball when the bat is a broken broom handle and the bases are the parked cars. One way to find or maintain your happiness is to remember the kid you were and play!

There is no question that by merely watching acts of kindness creates a significant elevation in our moods and increases the desire for us to perform good deeds as well. To be in the moment is to live in the moment. Too often we are thinking ahead or looking ahead to the next event or circumstance in our lives, not appreciating the “here and now.” When we savor every moment, we are savoring the happiness in our lives.

7. Rest

There are times when we need the time to unwind, decompress, or to put it simply, just “to chill.” Life comes at all of us hard and fast. Time, as do the days on the calendar, keeps going forward at its own natural pace, which is not always the pace we would choose. Fatigue, stress, and exhaustion may begin to settle in on us faster than we may think or notice. The best remedy for this is indeed rest.

8. Move!

The expression a “runner’s high” does not infer an addiction, but a feeling or a state of mind – a state of euphoria. There is no question exercise, or any physical exertion, elevates your mood and enhances a more positive attitude as well as fosters better personal self-esteem and confidence. Indeed, one way to increase your happiness is to move!

9. Pursue Your Goals

The absence of goals in our lives, or more specifically avoiding to pursue our goals, makes us feel like we are stuck and ineffective. The pursuit of goals in our personal lives, in our relationships, or with our careers, is the difference between having a mediocre life or a life full of passion and enthusiasm. pursue your goals and watch your happiness soar.

10. Put on a Happy Face

Sometimes we have to fake it until we make it. I’m not suggesting that we not be honest, real or authentic, but I’m suggesting, sometimes, we just need to put on a happy face and keep moving forward. Researchers claim that smiling and looking like we are happy will indeed make us happier. Studies further show that if we act like we are happy then we can experience greater joy and happiness in our lives.

11. Be kind

Do random acts of kindness every day. It can be as simple as saying something nice, offering help, giving up your place in a queue or allowing another driver to enter a busy road.

12. Finding Your Calling

Some find meaning in religion or spirituality while others find purpose in their work or relationships. Finding your calling may be much more than accomplishing one simple strategy for increasing your happiness, but having a sense of purpose – of feeling like you are here for a reason – can perhaps bring the greatest joy of all.

13. Get into the Flow

Flow is the form of joy, excitement and happiness that occurs when we are so absorbed in an activity we love that we can lose ourselves and time seems to stand still. What creates flow is unique to each one of us. To find and sustain true happiness in our lives, we must get off the sidelines and get into the flow.

14. Play to Your Strengths

One way to achieve flow is by understanding and identifying our strengths and core values, and then begin to use this everyday. Once we aware of our strengths and we begin to play to your strengths we can better incorporate them into all aspects of our lives.

15. Don’t Overdo It

Know when to say when. What gives you joy and happiness the first time may not work the second time. Too much of a good thing may begin not to feel as good if the “thing” becomes more of a routine, or an expectation. Set healthy and reasonable boundaries for yourself and don’t overdo it.

16. Smile a lot

If smiling is too hard for you, take a pencil and hold it with your teeth. There are enough smiling muscles involved for your brain to think you are smiling and start producing “happy” chemicals.

17.Hang around positive people

Having happy people around you will make it easy to learn happiness. Happy people have fun with them and their ability to overcome challenges is higher than that of unhappy people who tend to lay blame and feel victimized. Choose the people you hang out with to suit your needs.

18. Get creative

Creativity is a great way to find happiness. Think of creative things people do for a living or as a hobby and notice how much happiness it gives them. Paint, draw, dance, sculpt, do some craft, invent a gadget, cook something new, write poetry or tend the garden. Tap into your creative abilities and find your “happy spot”.

19. Laugh

Much like smiling, laughter is a great way to overcome physical and emotional challenges. If it does not happen naturally, try laughter therapy.

20. Be grateful

Practice gratitude, say thank you for everything you have and appreciate in your life. Gratitude is a way to increase happiness and eliminate taking life for granted.
